Greater Manchester Police officer said man who died from horror injuries 'brought it on himself a little bit'

While there is no suggestion PC Gary Knight's actions in any way contributed to the man's death, he was given a written warning by force bosses after a panel found his actions 'fell short of what was reasonably expected'
